Trusted Mountain Home Experts

Greetings!

I'm Mike. I'm pretty boring but here goes...

My journey into carpentry began in the 1990s, where I specialized in high-end, custom log home construction in Sun Valley, Idaho. Later in life, I transitioned into the insurance adjusting sector, working as both a mainline carrier staff adjuster as well as an independent catastrophe adjuster. In both roles, I worked onsite assessments for hurricane catastrophe claims in the southeastern U.S as well as wildfire property claims in the Pacific Northwest. More recently, I spent a year with a local mitigation contractor in Central Washington, where I developed repair scopes and advocated for clients dealing with their insurers to reach mutual agreements on the repair scopes and their associative estimates. My experience on both sides of the claims process, allows me to offer the best support to my clients as they face the difficulties posed by insurers. I am committed to providing fair, concise and comprehensive repair estimates tailored for custom mountain home builders. My "old school" background in manually constructing homes with raw, hand draw-knifed logs, scribes, chainsaws and chisels gives me a profound respect for old world, handmade quality, which is why I exclusively focus on custom home projects. Thank you for considering our services for informative, precise and fair estimates when dealing with a challenging carrier. Let's meet-up soon and discuss your reconstruction project!
